Returns and refunds policy
If you are not completely satisfied with received goods, please return the goods to us, unused and in the original packaging, within 14 days from the receipt date, and we will happily provide a refund for returned goods. Currently we do not offer product replacement option. We can only refund your purchase. Please note all returned items need to be returned unused and and in their original condition unless otherwise damaged.
Regrettably, delivery charges for the original order will not be refunded. Adorette will not cover any returning costs and Customer is accountable for any risks that may occur with returning shipment. Therefore, we strongly advise, when sending back the order, to cover your shipment with insurance. This is to prevent anything when goes wrong.
Once the item has been returned to ourselves then please allow up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund to be processed and credited to the method of payment used.

Please complete the ‘return goods form‘ detailing the items being returned and how you wish to proceed. We would be grateful if you could include a contact telephone number and email address so that we may contact you regarding your return if necessary.
If you do not have a copy of the delivery note, please include a cover letter within your return parcel, including your address details, telephone number, the reason for return and how you wish to proceed.
Please ensure that the goods are returned using proper returns label located on the dispatch note, in the original packaging or a padded protected envelope. Send return shipment to this address: “Adorette”, Zvecaj 40, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.
*** It is not necessary to return goods to us using the Delivery service with tracking options. However, we strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office (Carrier) as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
